• Incorrect item
• Defective item

2. We will check and then provide you with instructions
3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
4. Once we receive the item and check, we will then send you the new corresponding item

• All original tags must be attached - 40% deduction of refund
• Items must be in original packaging - 20% deduction of refund
• Any scratches, or conditions that deems the item to be unsellable - NO REFUND
