Shipping & Return Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 7 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Vietnam):

• Standard shipping (2-10 business days):
• Express shipping (1-5 business days):

International Shipping:

• Available to USA, Canada, and select countries
• Delivery time: 7-21 business days
• Customs duties and taxes may apply which is paid by customer, but we handle the logistics for the customer so all you need to do is receive it.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Exchange for incorrect/defective items are possible and size exchanges are possible.

Exchange Window: We accept exchanges for within 5 days of delivery.

Eligible Items:

• Incorrect item sent
• Manufacturing flaw

Conditions for Exchange:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original tags must be attached
• Items must be in original packaging
• VIDEO OPENING OF PACKAGE NEEDS TO BE INCLUDED

Non-Returnable Items:

• Sale or clearance items
• Items marked as final sale
• Worn or damaged items

Return Process:

1. Contact us at info@necessiehouse.com to initiate an exchange
2. We will check and then provide you with instructions
3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method

Return Shipping Costs:

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service
